1) Stroll the Bangla Road
Soi Bangla is the Phuket hot spot and taking a walk along here in the evening is the sure way to be surprised, entertained, and even shocked! Anything goes along the Bangla Road and when you approach this area of Phuket with an open mind and a sense of humor you’ll have the time of your life. You’ll find all kinds of clubs, bars and shows here plus it’s great just to sit at a bar outside and watch the people go by.
2) Check Out Simon Cabaret
This Phuket institution has grown hugely in the last years and is now a complete extravaganza with dancing, effects, costumes, and music. The transvestite/ transgender performers are truly talented and you won’t see anything like this show in all of Phuket. If you want to spend an original night in Phuket then Simon Cabaret should be your first choice.
3) Chill at Kata After Beach
For a more laid-back Phuket experience, go to the hill overlooking Kata Noi Beach where you will find three beach bars called After Beach, Baan Chom, and Small Viewpoint. Sit back and relax with a cold beer, watching the glorious sunset and enjoying some reggae music. The place to come if you want a relaxing evening out.
4) Hear Some Live Music
Patong is the place for live music on Phuket but you are not guaranteed to hear anything original – a lot of the bands are tribute bands and they’ll put on a good show to get you dancing. Many bars will offer live music in the evenings and you can also enjoy entertainment in the form of sports on the big screen at places like Margarita’s.

5) Check Out Seduction Nightclub
The largest club in Patong, Seduction is part of a whole nighttime entertainment complex with five different venues to enjoy. Seduction is stylish, modern, and very popular. The club often hosts international DJs and the place is professionally run and fun for a night of dancing. Open between 10 pm and 4 am every day.
6) Watch Some Thai Boxing
Muay Thai is one of the most exciting contact sports in the world and a trip to watch Thai boxing is one great way to spend an evening in Phuket. There are two venues in Patong for Muay Thai – one is located on Soi Sai Namyen and the other is at Bangla Boxing Stadium behind Jungceylon.
7) Go to Hollywood Discotheque
When you come from the beach up Bangla Road this is the first club you come across and it is a large, modern, buzzing place. You’ll find lots of drinks promotions, international DJs, two rooms with different music, and a range of competitions and different parties.
8) Dance at Banana Disco & Bar
This club is one of the longest running and the most popular in Patong. The Banana Disco is located on the beachfront and has an outdoor seating area as well as the inner air-conditioned rooms for dancing. This is a very busy club and the place to come if you want to have a good time dancing to the latest music.
9) Go to Tai Pan Phuket
This combination of venues includes all the things Patong is famous for, like young dancers, live music, and DJs later on in the night. The place is always lively and attracts a good mix of people of all ages. The club is located near Bangla Road at Patong Beach.
10) See Phuket FantaSea
FantaSea is a mix of entertainment, performance, show, and restaurant – the FantaSea journey offers all kinds of interesting elements including music, costume, and dance. The FantaSea complex is also an amusement park and you can enjoy a full buffet meal.
11) Discover New Tiger Disco
The New Tiger Disco is somewhat of an institution in Patong and you can be sure of an entertaining evening if you come here. There is usually a live band, then DJs, and there are bars and pool tables to keep you occupied.
